How long will it take to receive my order?
Quality takes time. To ensure each item in our collection meets our standards, please allow 7–12 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is in transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We believe every home deserves to be a sanctuary. We offer tracked international shipping to most countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to adjust your shipping details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our Nest essentials, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
